How to Lose 30 Pounds - 7 Tips for Losing Weight in Less Than 30
Days
Looking
for quick ways to lose weight? Perhaps you want to take off about
30 pounds, but you want to do it fast. Well, with these seven tips,
you can lose those pounds in less than 30 days.
Tip
#1 - Start Eating More Small Meals - First of all, if you want to
take off those pounds fast, you need to get started by eating more
small meals each day. Instead of just eating three large meals or
skipping meals through the day, eat 5-6 little meals. You'll feel
more full and you won't get those hunger pangs that make you overeat.
Tip
#2 - Drink Plenty of Water Each Day - You should also make sure
that you drink plenty of water each day. Have at least 8-10 8oz
glasses. This helps to keep your body well hydrated and will help
the kidneys work more effectively. You can more easily burn fat
when you are well hydrated and making sure you drink enough water
will help you cut down on the amount you eat.

Tip
#3 - Use a Small Plate - When you are eating your meals, use a very
small plate. If you use a large plate, you'll fill it up. So, make
sure that you choose a small plate so you don't end up eating so
much.
Tip
#4 - Lift Some Weights - Exercise is of course important if you're
going to lose those pounds quickly. For the best results, start
lifting some weights. Lifting weights help you to build up more
muscle. This results in a higher metabolism that will help you burn
fat all the time, even when you aren't working out.
Tip
#5 - Write in Your Food Journal - Keep a food journal and write
it in each day. Make sure you write everything you eat and even
include measurements and your weight in the journal.
Tip
#6 - Never Punish Yourself - If you make a mistake, don't punish
yourself. Allow yourself a day each week where you can have a little
extra leeway in your diet. If you start to hate your diet, then
you won't stick to it. So, avoid punishing yourself if you mess
up.
Tip
#7 - Read the Labels - Whenever you are purchasing foods or drinks
at the store, make sure that you read the labels. Even if they say
low calorie or that they are fat free, take a closer look. You may
find that they are full of fats, full of calories, or full of sugar.
Things are not always what they appear to be. So, make sure that
you carefully read those labels before you eat or drink anything.
