The
Idiots Guide To Dieting
Everyone
is looking for the next, new, possibly revolutionary weight loss
trend. A new dieting plan that has been introduced, and popularized
on the web is called the “Fat Loss for Idiots Diet.”
In this new program the experts have determined that our bodies
burn calories the best when they do not know what to expect from
our daily eating schedule.
Your
body expects you to eat a certain way because that is what you have
done previously (maybe you have followed the same eating patterns
for years.) What the inventors of this program ask you to do is
throw your body a fast one. Trick it into burning a greater percentage
of calories by changing the way you eat. Because you are consuming
different calories your metabolism will increase and you will burn
more calories.
How does this innovative system work? First you join the program
and enter the foods that you like and you are given an eleven day
diet plan. After the initial eleven days you are allowed to eat
whatever you want, so that, you can overcome any desires to eat
outside the plan. After this three days you eat according to the
plan until your weight loss goal is reached.
In the plan, you are not instructed to try and count calories. You
are not asked to buy and expensive meal plan that provides you with
food every week in pre-packaged portions.
You
eat the foods you would normally eat, but according to the plan
that has been provided to you. You follow the eleven day cycle.
Your body adjusts to the calories you are taking in over time, and
your metabolism slows. What the eleven day cycle does is it readjusts
the calories that are consumed every eleven days until your goal
is reached.
Your
body never has time to adjust to the cycle and your metabolism does
not slow down. Thus, you continue to burn excess calories and lose
weight.
One of the bonuses of this program is that you are not eating just
cabbage soup, or grapefruit. You eat follow a different menu every
eleven days and therefore, you do not bog down and start eating
the bad calories again. You stay interested in the process because
the food changes.
You
are also eating fewer calories while the body is readjusting and
burning the fat calories in your body to make up for the calories
that you did consume. This may sound like a fad, and it may sound
too simple to be true, but try it out for a month and see the results.
Remember that, as with any diet plan, results will vary from person
to person. So, don’t look at the ads and expect to lose as
quickly as some. Go at your own pace and you will lose weight, and
be able to get into the shape you have dreamed about for years.
